Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus

Norton recently identified Trojan.Pat​chep!sys on my system.  I have done everything it told me to do but it now says that manual removal is required.  Any help with this would be much appreciated.  I am in way over my head.  I am running Windows 7 (64 bit).

ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures,  The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.

Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.

I do not have a flash drive.  Sorry.

Is it possible to proceed without a flash drive or should I go purchase one?  I am willing to do whatever necessary to get rid of these files.  Thank you for your assistance.

Disable Norton for say 30 mins

Double-click SystemLook_v64.exe to run it.

Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:  (don't forget the : in front of :filefind)

Click the Look button to start the scan.

When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.

Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt
