Did you get any error code?

I had a similar problem this AM, but reran LU about 10 minutes later and all were downloaded and successfuly installed.

Successfully completed LiveUpdate on 1 PC after 2 tries (10 minutes apart). Don't know about the other one as I gave up with LiveUpdate failures & turned it off.

Yesterday when people were having problems with the update to 19.7.1.5.I followed the instructions and rebooted before running the LiveUpdate and just the reboot did the update so I've just tried rebooting before trying manual LiveUpdate to see if that had any effect.

Here's the first run of LiveUpdate

So I ran LUD again and got this:

Get Support ran Fixit and failed to cure giving an 8920,233 error with a link to a webpage that in effect says Try Later.

Here's the actual error message as copied to clipboard by the link for this:

Iimagine Norton is having some Server problems that will get fixed ....

Norton Activity Map Data Failed to complete. 2 PC's with Windows 7 Professional SP1 & Norton Intermittent Security 2012 19.7.1.5. Waited 10 minutes, the ran Interactive LiveUpdate which failed to complete (Norton Activity Map Data).

LiveUpdate Error 8920,223

I can't get it to do anything but fail, I just downloaded an update that placed a shortcut to the program on my desktop so aparently it updated the program too. Now the Liveupdate error. All I could find was old stuff from the failure of another update back in 2011.
