It has bin popping up everytime i do the check. I did all the uninstall things but its not working please help.

This what is specifically being detected and from where, Your operating system, and what Symantec product are you using.

i am using acer at the moment. I used the Norton Internet Secruity and the NPE. Sorry if this is not what you are looking for(not the best on the computer).

The user has still not said what has been detected and where so don't forget there are hundreds of Trojans, so your pick which one.
It was the way it was written, Uninstalled instead of deleted etc.

My question was asked with the same genuine intent as your question was because I actually want to know the answer.
I’m not doing anything with this thread. Despite current appearances, the Norton Community is not a malware removal venue. Community members requiring assistance with malware removal should visit one of the dedicated malware removal forums like bleepingcomputer.com so that they can have the malware professionally removed in a secure environment.
