How To Turn OFF Outlook Notification When Norton Catches Spam

Outlook does not notify me when e-mail that Outlook catches goes directly to spam and NIS 2012 used to do that also. But now I get the Outlook notifification only when Norton catches the spam and I can't seem to turn that off. Anybody have any ideas on this? I've turned off feedback but that didn't help.

Thanks, Mike

Welcome Mike,

Have you gone into NIS -> settings -> General -> Norton Task Notification and turned that off?

Keep us posted

I'll try that but I don't remember ever doing that before. Is that going to also turn off notices about downloads? I don't mind those.

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

Things change from version to version.

Notifications are notifications, either on or off
