Hi people,

I'm trying to download a file for the game 'MineCraft' but Norton keeps removing it as it thinks it's an unsafe file. I know it's safe though. There are thousands of other people who have downloaded it with no problems. Any idea how to mark the file as safe?

Most likely the file is being blocked based on a reputation score, rather than an actual malware detection.  If you are certain that the file is safe, you can temporarily turn off Download Intelligence while you download the file.  Leave Auto-Protect enabled in order to remain protected from any actual concealed threat.
