Go to the new site for managing your Norton products. https://manage.norton.com

 

Log in with your email and password for your Norton Account used when you installed your product. Click on the My Account tab and look for the computer you wish to remove. Click on the trash can beside that computer and you will have released the activation for that computer.


Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.
