I have updated my Norton subscription online for several years and my new PC came with a free 30- day trial - how do I transfer my current update subscription (expiring Aug 10) from my old PC to my new one? I've tried downloading updates but it won't allow them - my old PC is no longer connected to the Internet.

Welcome to Norton Community!
Check in your Norton Account for the Product Key:
When you get the Product Key, try to activate the trial in your new computer using that. If you are unable to do so, let us know the exact version of Norton product you had in your old computer.

Which Norton product did you have on your old computer and what was the year and version of it.? Which Norton product is on your new computer? Are they both NAV or both NIS or both N360. If the subscription and the trial are for 2 different products, then either use up the trial first and then uninstall it, or you will have to uninstall the trial and down load the current version of the subscription you have now.
Is you current subscription for 1 computer or up to 3 computers.? If it is for 1 computer, we will tell you what to do next.
