How do you backup Identity Safe Data on NIS2010

It keeps going to adobe and adobe says it can't read it.Will it keep and be able to use in NIS 2011, Thanks for anyone that can help...Gorpy1

Hi SendOFJive....Thanks for the link. though everytime I do it, it goes to Documents and Settings(and it still seems to be Adobe) and I can't find it, I'm going to ask Norton/Symantec for help.Thanks......Gorpy1

You might find it easier if you create a destination for your backup beforehand,  In your My Documents folder create a new subfolder and name it something like "Identity Safe Backups"  Then when you backup your Identity Safe data, click "Browse" and navigate to this new folder, then OK.
