That is a long time to wait, I have never had those waiting times before. Normally it's straight away...

Obviously it depends on how many people are trying to access the service at the same time.

My experience was a wait of about 8 minutes to initiate the session.

Try again, and let us know how your experience differs.

When you do get through, the reports here are that the support is very helpful.

Remember you can ask your questions on the forum and one of the many volunteers might have the answer you need.
