If someone bought NIS 2009 from the website online how do they download it onto another computer. The purchase includes 1 license for up to 3 computers total right?

I thought one just simply goes to their Symantec/Norton account and they would be able to download it from there. However while it shows my current license as active it doesn't give me the option of downloading it....

Download and Install the N.I.S. 2009 Trailware and then Enter the Product Key.

When you bought NIS you got an email with a download link. Just go back into that email. Thats what I did on my familes pc's. I went over to there houses. Accessed my email and downloaded NIS. You will be prompted for your email and credit card you used for verification.

Download trial version of NIS 09 from http://nct.symantecstore.com/fulfill/0184.077 . Key in your product key and it will become full version.
