Hi polohaha,
If you suspect that the file is a false positive, then you can submit it to Symantec over here:
https://submit.symantec.com/dispute/false_positive
If you think that the file might be infected, please submit it to Symantec over here:

If you want a faster (but non-human) analysis, then you can go to Threat Expert:

If you are absolutely sure that the program is safe and want to install it against NIS's warning, you can follow the instructions in Yogesh's post over here:

oh right ummm ive downloaded from Cheathappens and is a trainer that ive been using before but after i installed nortons is not working you see... i trust the program and ive tryed to turn auto protections off then exclude the file from both auto/manul.
But still is seem like it now make the trainer crashes the game now instead...
Ummm do you think is because of vista i need to let it though my firewall instead?

If you are getting crashes to desktop, then it's noting to do with norton.
Udate the game and then update/re-dowload the trainer from cheathappens.
Most likely it's a version mismatch.
Download Cheat Manager from cheat happens to ensure you have the most current trainer.
Lots of sites say cheathappens have virus/malware. Bogus.
They just use hooks and internet to confirm legit versions of software.
