Not the auto-renewal matters.
I just don't want my credit card information (Card No., Holder's Name, Expiry Month, Billing Address) to be stored in my Norton Account, and clean that form up. I felt really uncomfortable about this for this is not allowed by me and cannot be deleted.
Even to auto-renew, method will be choosen later.
Seems there is no such option found on the webpage. Anyone knows the solution to this problem?

Hi,
You could have a look at this:
http://www.symantec.com/support/cancel.html
Once you cancel enrollment, check if the billing information disappears.
Give this a try. But honestly, havent tried myself and not sure if this will solve your issue.
Thanks

Thanks. I've submitted that form and wait for some days.

Those credit card information is only necessary for the completion of the initial transaction. As I don't use auto-renewal, therefore, they are not stored for good cause.

No official reply for this?

This is a user to user forum. I expect that an official reply is more likely to be in an email.
