So what does it tell you?

Are you able to get the battery loaded and register at that point?

Re: I Activated my NAV 10 on anew laptop which turned out to be have battery problems

The issue is that i need to activate my NAV2010 (for three pcs with one key only) on the new laptop wasting one of them !!! i still have it till sept 8th 2011!!

the problem is like you activating your nav on a laptop then crashing or formatting it the next day!! does that mean you have to waste another pc subscription of the three pc subscribtions ??

Try chatting to Symantec support and have them reset your key computer count. I'm on a K800i so I cannot have full browser html features but I'm pretty sure another of my fellow answerer will come along and provide you with the link
