and reinstalled Windows and everything else from scratch. I have a 3 license Norton Internet Security Account with 1 download still remaining.

What do I need to do to be able to reinstall  Norton Internet Security of the 2 PC's after I reinstall Windows.

Welcome David,

If you are doing this install on the same hardware that you were using when you registered/activated your Norton product it should be a single click on the words 'subscription status' on the support dropdown. You should still have the same number of installs remaining. If not, two possible solutions. You can install Norton Management and set things right yourself or you can contact customer support via their chat line
