Disable Norton for say 30 minutes

Start OTL,  

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Change file age to 60 days

Press the 

An OTL.txt  and extras.txt will be created.

They have both been uninstalled. There is a CA Pest Patrol Realtime Protection, I don't know if it came attached to something else, I did not install it. May I uninstall it. Thanks again for all your help it has been so appreciated. Tmdymock

There is also a Yontoo product installed that i did not install do I need to take it off as well.

FYI: Periodically it will not let me sign on and just stays on the screen to type in the password.

Do you have System Restore Points that go backs days before the infection.
