BCescot, The best help I could offer would be to have you contact the US/Canada Customer Support Chat using this LINK (you may have to scroll your screen down a little). If you need a different locations Chat window, just let us know. They will probably need your NIS 2011 Key Code and the email address you used. Come back and let us know if they were able to help you.

It sounds like, when creating your MyNortonAccount, you may have used a different email address to log in to the one you are not finding?
But contacting OnLine Support via the CHAT link is the best bet from the feedback we get here. They have the tools to search based on information you may be able to give them.
If this is what happened they can combine accounts for you I believe.
