I can not find/access my active acct for NIS 2011 on Symantec support.

When I look for my account on Symantec support, it returns only my Norton 360 account from years ago. I can't seem to access my stats for my current active NIS 2011 subscription. Is there a means of easily accessing my current account using my NIS 2011 serial number? Thanks in advance - Brian

BCescot, The best help I could offer would be to have you contact the US/Canada Customer Support Chat using this LINK (you may have to scroll your screen down a little).  If you need a different locations Chat window, just let us know.  They will probably need your NIS 2011 Key Code and the email address you used.  Come back and let us know if they were able to help you.

It sounds like, when creating your MyNortonAccount, you may have used a different email address to log in to the one you are not finding?

 

But contacting OnLine Support via the CHAT link is the best bet from the feedback we get here. They have the tools to search based on information you may be able to give them.

 

If this is what happened they can combine accounts for you I believe.
