Hi my friends!!

I was recommended to update from my 09 to 2010 Norton. The thing is that when I go to the web site for Update center I run Auto detect it loads then the browser pops uo always white it loads, loads then it says cant find nevegation why is that ? How can I update to my lovely Norton 2010

Hi Sambo,

You can download and save NIS 2010 from this link:

http://www.norton.com/nis10

Then install it over NIS 2009; NIS 2010 will remove NIS 2009, reboot your computer and then install itself; your product key and subscription should be picked up automatically. Please be patient during the upgrade process :-)

Also, once NIS 2010 is installed, please run LiveUpdate to download the latest definitions and patches as soon as possible for the best protection.

Is your present version still current or has it expired?  What version number have you got under Help & Support>about.  It should Start with 16.

My version is nto expried rite now am unstalling the 09 and reistalling the new one. Ill give ya feed back soon as I do that , thanks for the concern those!!!
