Hi brkkab123:
Regarding your screenshot, try following the instructions here in Yaso Kuuhl's post titled Forum Tip - How to Post Screenshots in the Forum. In the Norton forums, attachments (i.e., using the Browse button in the Attachments sections below the editor) are only meant to be used for attaching text files like .txt and .log files (see Tony Weiss's post here).
If you're seeing an image placeholder (yellow triangle) when you insert a screenshot in your post, this just means that the forum moderator hasn't reviewed your picture yet and will make it available for viewing once it's been approved.

Hi brkkab123:
Sorry, I still can't see a placeholder for your screenshot in your previous post, and when I check your user profile here I can't see any thumbnails for your downloaded images (see my profile here to view thumbnails of my recent screenshots). When you followed Yaso's instructions here , did you remember to select (Open) the file and then click the Insert Image button after browsing to the location of your .png file on your hard drive?
I should have mention this in my previous post, but Norton products only scan for tracking cookies during Full System Scans and will not scan for cookies during Quick Scans (see delphinium's post here). Do you know if a NIS Full System Scan is able to detect the cookie for secure-us.imrworldwide.com?
Also, do you have your browser configured to clean all cookies on exit? In Firefox, go to Tools | Options | Privacy | History, then enable Clear history when Firefox closes and click the Settings button to make sure cookie cleaning is checked; in IE, it's Tools | Internet Options | Browsing History, then enable Delete browsing history on exit and click the Delete... button.
I'm not sure if this is correct, but believe that NIS Full System Scans should only looking for tracking cookies and remove those cookies that pose a risk to your system security, so I use the free CCleaner utility from Piriform to occasionally wipe cookies and Adobe Flash files that might be left behind on my system.

I uploaded a screenshot of SUPERAntiSpyware's log file and Webof Trust's results for the website that put the flash based tracking cookie on my pc. It said when I uploaded both that Symantec/forum Administrator had to approve all screenshot's before the show up in the post. Yes my browser's are set to cleanup after I close them and I always run Ccleaner after theyare closed.

Hello
Still don't see your screenshots or the place holders for them. A log from superantispyware can just be put into your post by using Add Attachment and browsing to where it is saved. I'm sure the same thing can be done with the other program results..
Is the right post marked as the solution?

Oh well. I'm done messing with it. The window showed movement like they uploaded.
