This is something you can do yourself using Norton Management that is integrated in the current Norton versions but earlier could be downloaded as an "app"
In my 2012/V19 if you open the main screen there is a Manage icon at the bottom as one of a row and clicking on that takes you to log in for it. I'm not sure what happens the first time; you may be asked to set it up with a login email and password but it should not be complicated.
Once you are there click on Devices and when it refreshes select the one you want to delete/unactivate and click on the dustbin icon ...... That should liberate the activation for use on another computer for the balance of the subscription.
Ask if you have questions or a problem in making this work. It used to be a separate "app" and that's how mine got set up.
Or you can ask the Norton OnLine Support to do it via the CHAT route using your keyboard but although that is usually quick it is a holiday season and so .....
