Identity Safe Log In Not Working

When I sign in with identity safe, non of my logins pop up and I have to manually enter each one. Have tried backing up my login data and than logging in with an incorrect code and resetting everything.The logins are luckily "still" there, but I am unable to get the feature to work.

 

Settings:  prompt when first log in and log out if inactive for 30 miutes

 

What else can do to resolve this issue. Irritating, when loggin into numerous sites to keep up with my online businesses and this function wont work.

Hi,

can you please tell us the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 5.1.0.29)

From the version number I assume you have Norton Internet Security, and not Norton 360. Is that correct?

 

Also can you please tell us which browser(s) do you use? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc. And which version of it?

Sorry, did not know there was a difference. Yes, it is Norton Internet Security 2010, use IE and sometimes Firefox

Hi,

 

1) Can you please tell me the version of browser that your use(For both IE and FF)?

 

2) Can you check whether "Norton ToolBar" is enabled for you in both the browsers? (For IE, Open "Tools"->"Manage Add-Ons", For FF, Open "Tools"->"Add-Ons"->"Extensions"?

Just to clarify, you have NIS 2011 since your version is 18.6.0.29.
