Hi,
NPM file format is not supported in NIS 2012, but you can import you old .NPM file to the latest NIS 2012.
The file size might vary but that's not an issue.

Prasanna.

Hi Nohere,
You are right!.
In NIS 2012 we have backup format is .DAT file or .CSV file but still you can import the .NPM file to NIS 2012.
We are saving identitysafe data(profile) with .DATextension so we can easily import whole identity data using import identity safe option in identity safe option,
You can import local profile,Portable profile through import data in identity safe option
can convert local to online using the same option
Hope this helps
Thanks,
Senthil

To ensure high security and support for the Online Vault, this change was incorporated.
Nothing more other than this and the business demanded for it.

Prasanna.

Maybe you can import NPM files to 2012 but I can't and I'm sorry I went to 2012. It's cost me money because I couldn't login with my online broker on time. $250,000.00
