Hi..

Ive made 11 folders in "manage logins" such as BANKING, FORUMS, SHOPPING etc.In each folder are the various login details and all are set to autofill.However on the identitysafe ( firefox 3.6.13) dropdown,only 10 folders show .Is this a limitation of identity safe or a firefox limitation?

Im using NIS2011 18.5.0.125 ( ,latest firefox 3.6.13) and windows 7 home 64 bit.

Be sure to use the Identity Safe backup feature to safeguard your information before trying the suggested fix.

Ive tried the remedy in the thread you posted but still my firefox dropdown menu only shows 10 folders  no matter how many more i add through manage logins :(
