I think this address contain illegal file . The trial reset tool is a hack tool use to reset the trial period of Norton Internet Security 2009 and Norton Anti Virus 2009 (I did not test it but it is told by the author at [link removed] ) . Hope symantec can take action to resolve the problem.

Its called a crack and sometime a keygen. You can find them in any warez site. There is a crack and keygen for every software out there. There is nothing nobody or no one can do about it. Its been around for years. The only good thing is that most keygens or cracks last for a short time till the serial numbers are black listed.
