Here is the transcript of my chat with Norton Support 3 minutes ago....
Vishnu Vardhan: I see that you are unable to access a particular site and you are getting error stating that the site is a fraudulent. Am I correct?
Me: yes...
Vishnu Vardhan: I am sorry for the issue, and not to worry its a temporary issue and that will be fixed in 24 hours.
Me: there is something wrong with Norton Internet Security that it is blocking access to Facebook....there are over 13 pages of posts on the Norton website forum from people having the same issue right now....
Vishnu Vardhan: Our engineering team is working on this issue and that will be fixed in couple of hours. A patch will be released with a live update I suggest to you run a live update after couple of hours and the issue will be fixed.
Me: is it specific to Facebook?
Me: the Facebook website?
Vishnu Vardhan: Yes, it is with the Facebook site. We will release a patch very soon.

Run LiveUpdate, clear your browser cache, and you'll need to wait for your NIS Idle Time to hit (default is 10 minutes). You can also go to Advanced Settings in NIS to make idle time shorter
Interesting.. What operations will be performed in idle time to get this problem been fixed?

I am using Firefox and I have just updated my NIS and it's still not working. Not pleased. :(

Did the LiveUpdate manually and I am still getting the "Fraudulent Web Page Blocked"...as stated by someone else, this started after 3 PM as I was on then and everything was OK..

Tony, et al, I didn't do any of those "special scenario" things -- just ran (yet again) another LU. Seems fixed (with FF 7.0.1).
Appreciate all your efforts, Tony and Norton/Syamantec.
