Why does indentity safe works not all the time? When I have a look on the cards all the data are there.

Can you please give more information about the issue you are facing:-

1) Which version of Norton Internet Security you had installed? (For version please check under "Support"->About", Version Number may look something like this 18-5-0-29)

2) Which OS you have installed the product? (Is it XP or Vista or Win7)

3) Which browser you are using and version of the browser?

3) Are you seeing the issue with Autofill of logins(in any login page) or Form Fill(Card Fill in any registration or form page)?
