Hi
How do I get passed the Security characters on the Submission form. Upon entering characters once I get the prompt below. So, I enter the characters again and I get the prompt below. I tried page refresh several times with new characters. There is only one box to enter Security characters. Only way to enter this value twice is to enter characters twice in the same box. This gets prompt. OK, I'll enter characters. Delete and re-enter. This gets prompt. Give me a hint how to get passed the prompt to complete submission. I've done this Dispute Submission before and never had this issue. How do I enter the value twice as prompted.

Hi bjm:
Are you on Firefox with NoScript or IE8/9? I run into that occasionally. Sometimes it is NoScript and other times it is IE8. I must have tried to sign into a place ten times yesterday before I got the thing cracked open. That was IE8 screwing up the works as I was at work using TrendMicro. It doesn't care what I do.

I have the page tabbed ...and I keep trying.
I had a WS Reputation quarantine for SUMo nork
| SUMo | 2.13.2.110 | 19 March 2011 | 1.9 Mb |
I know it's a F/P
Thought I'd play the game and submit from quarantine and Insight Dispute as I've done in the past.
Grrr,
these characters are just not cooperating.
Enter twice. Love to.....HOW ![]()
Guess, I've violated policy by posting an exe ![]()
I'll have to edit exe out before my hour is up.
OK, finally submitted. Had to back out, clear browser cache and start all over. Then it went toot sweet &
No need to enter this value twice. ![]()
Thanks delp....couldn't have done it without ya' ![]()

SUMo nork download after receiving above....
Any suggestions as to who/what I may forward this anomaly to ?

I guess Insight Dispute Submissions does work. Just takes awhile...and a little persistence.
I wonder if multiple Submit to Symantec and multiple Insight Dispute Submissions was too much.
Thanks
