I assume you not only downloaded the file but had paid the purchase price for the licence.
When you download Windows normally asks if you want to Run or to Save the file. You should have chosen Save and noted where on your hard drive it was saved to. Then installed by running the file from that location.
Then you can copy that file over to the other PC and run it from there. When it gets to activation tell it you want to use an existing KEY and type or copy/paste in the KEY you purchased for the first PC.

I think all you need to do is to go and download a trial version and save that since they are identical to the paid for versions but only run for XX days before they stop if not activated, which you can do with the original KEY -- you did save that didn't you? If not Symantec saves it for you in a file in My Documents and of course it is in your Norton Account too.

This is a direct download link and not via the Trial version pages. After you install it check the version ID in Help/About and run Live Update a few times to make sure it is fully uptodate.
