Installing on second (and third) computer

Hello

I have Internet Security 2011 with a 3 user licence. When I install it on a 2nd and 3rd computer, presumably it will ask me to register - does it want the same e-mail address/password as the the 1st copy or can I register under a different name?

Re: Installing on second (and third) computer

I think you need to stick to the same email address that you have registered. You cannot use two different email Ids at the same time. May be you can contact Customer Service Team, they will change the Norton Account for your desired email address. But you can use only one at a time.

For product like Norton 360, it really matters when you perform Backup or Restore.

As Cyberlife says, you must use the same MyNortonAccount with the same email address and login password or the system will say that the KEY is already in use and refuse to activate ......

Is there a specific reason why you want to use a different MyNortonAccount?

You can of course change the email address if you need to like no longer using that address and you can change the password (I did this when I installed NIS on my son's computer which he uses away from home since I wanted to keep my strong passwords to myself) You can do that kind of change withing MyNortonAccount if I remember correctly.
