Save the log file to your desktop, and attach that to the post. Start a reply post to this thread; on that post, you can attach the log file by using the Add Attachments link as in the picture.

Run the Hijackthis Scan, check only the following entries and click Fix:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O24 - Desktop Component 0: (no name) - file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Mireille%20Nassif/My%20Documents/My%20Pict ures/webmuseum/wm/paint/auth/cezanne/bath/cezanne.large-bathers.jpg

Have you  Tried uninstalling and re installing IE8??
