When I go into my Norton Account only my Systemworks Basic Edition is listed as a Registered Product and service.
As well as Systemworks I have a registered version of Norton Internet Security but it is not listed in my Account summary where you are supposed to be able to store your Product Keys etc.
Is there some way of editing this so that my version of Internet Security also appears in my account summary.
I didn't open a Norton account until after I renewed my trial version.
I have tried everything I can see to have this appear as one of the Norton items I own but so far nothing has worked to change the information on my Norton Account summary.
It's not a major worry because i have the product keys safely stowed away in a text file as well as writing them down in my little black book, but from what I read this account area is supposed to contain all details of my registered Norton products.
Any help greatly appreciated.

hi RobertR - i've noticed that the only accounts that are listed in NortonAccount are the ones where i logged on during install... all the others are not listed. i know NortonAccount isn't necessary if you have your key. it's possible that you could get it registered there by reinstalling and logging onto you NortonAccount during the install (if you really want it listed).

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately Norton Internet Security was trial edition that came with my new computer and when I renewed my subscription it didn't require an install just a notice to the already installed application that I had renewed my subscription.
The only time I would need to enter the details would be if I was doing a complete format of my hard-disk and needed to download and re-install the application. In that case I will have my entry in my little black book that will suffice to do the job.
Hooray this latest problem had enabled everything to go into my account details
