I bought Norton Internet Security on Dec. 8.  I could never get it downloaded.  I tried and tried and tried to no avail, however, the trial version downloaded in seconds!!  Now, I go back and find they want another $50 for the program that doesn't download in the first place.  I've been going through an evaluation for a lung transplant, so I haven't really had time to deal with this until now and find they want another $50.  I'm totally disgusted with Norton.  There is no way to reach anyone on the phone, unless of course you want to PAY them for it.  Unlike HP who has amazing customer service and you can get through to them in minutes.  I don't want to hear anything about  -  well, just go to whatever and get it on our website.  YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. YOUR WEBSITE SUCKS.  You don't care if people are happy with your products.  I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NORTON PRODUCT AGAIN.  What a racket.  How many people has this company ripped off???

Please bear with us for a few minutes.  This is a user to user help forum.  We do not know why you could not download the installer, or where on the website you got it.  Malware on a machine or another antivirus program will cause problems even if it an older Norton.

The telephone is very slow.  Customer chat is faster.  They will need to make sure that you are not charged twice, or refunded for both, as you wish.  They can also help you with the installation, if you like and we are always here to assist.

If you have a valid Product Key that you have already purchased, click the "Renew" link at the bottom of the main Norton window in your installed trial version, enter the Key in the space provided and click the small arrow to submit it.  The product is asking to be activated, not repurchased.
