Is this IP address associated with Norton/Symantec?

when having some problems connecting to symantec.com last night, I noticed this IP address in my log

 

symantec.tt.omtrdc.net

 

is this associated with Norton/Symantec or is it a fake and/or malicious redirect?

 

noticed this when there seemed to be difficulty accessing some part of symantec website (which I'll describe in another post)
