Early You wrote that you are "I think that the engine version is..." "I think... September-October last year"
Now you are post "The present engine number is still 16.8.0.41". Different info...
It is "You think" and not "You exactly know" - it can be different.
Asking info is very easy to collect and it will be exact information: by nowadays NIS 2009 users - do not need some obscure "I think" or "Let we choose or discuss it". You can't? So let others to answer on it, do not post a spam.
About search engines results: I think the resulted snaps there may be not new, it can be a yeah or a half-year old. It is may be not nowadays answer. Delphinium, please do not disturb this forum thread again, we are together posted a lot of spam already.

delphinium has politely answered your question as to what the latest version of NIS2009 is and has explained why no screenshot could be posted so why have you responded in such an impolite way?

Do You can't understand too? He does not provide exact information, he is only guessing, but I can guessing too. For exact info I create a separate forum thread.
>in such an impolite way
nothing was impolite from me. I am only doubting in info which he provide - just see what he wrote.
Now about his words:
"You are a rude, little person, and don't deserve anybody answering you. In fact your rudeness on the thread will effectively cause everybody else to ignore you. What kind of nitwit are you?"
Why you so care about his answers? I am looking for a answer from anybody, not him exactly. He can not. So listen to others...

This is what you posted that was, in my opinion, impolite:-
"Delphinium, please do not disturb this forum thread again, we are together posted a lot of spam already."
The posters on these forums who respond to threads are all users who give their spare time freely to try their best to help people such as yourself to find answers to their questions and so deserve to be treated with respect and politeness.

Once more: do not expect a kudo from topic's author, if you are not answer to the subject. The question is still open.
I do not offending him, I just want the exact answer, and by his answers I saw that he can't help me in this thread.
Example: If Norton's virus analytics think like: "mm... may be it is a virus file! I will add it to Norton virus database" and do not test it, It will be negative effect - there will be many False Positives in its detections.
Do you know what effectiveness means?
And once more again: it is VERY EASY to take an nowadays NIS 2009 Engine version number. I just want to know it
Example: If You are can't programming on C++, so why You answer for the highly tailored question, if you do not have a exactly needed answer. There are too many people who programming on C++, so let them post the exactly nowadays answer...
"I guess, I think..." thanks for probably variants, I hear it and take ad notam. Now I want to make it more exact - and already asking this not from him.
It is logical?
If you want to find an answer to the easy question are you stopping on probably variants? If it is, than your effectiveness/knowledge base are poor.
