KUDOS TO all here

Kudos to the Norton staffers (and the volunteers) I have gone to the Adobe forums to get some information. No Adobe staffers resopond. I was told taht rarely do any staff even read the forums. I know that is not their job. But major Kudos to Norton for knowing we need some help and not being afraid to let their people help us.

Re: KUDOS TO all here

I'm sorry to "clog up this board" but I, too, must send kudos - I am thankful to all

who help, except for those who only tell you that "it works for me".  That is not too

helpful.  But in the long haul mostly everyone *is* helpful.

Can you imagine what a service it would be for all if these helpers  were all

located in the same place and the same company?  Awesome!

Thanks one and all.

Re: KUDOS TO all here

Looks like all the rage this year is about "Collective Knowledge".

Symantec Security Response scavenges the web and process Norton Community Watch submissions for new malware.

Norton Insight relies on a global network of 65 million Norton users to minimize its performance impact on your PC.

And of course, here at the Norton Forums, we appreciate everyone's input.
