Which specific Norton program do you have?
Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus / Norton 360 .... ?
Tell us which and we can point you in the right direction.

If you had the English version before, how did you end up with Spanish?
It does not matter though, you can download a copy of NAV2012 from here.
Your existing key will work.
Just be sure you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
If you do run into trouble, contact Support via online chat found herewww.norton.com/chat

Sorry I could not get back in sooner -- Peter has given you the link so use that to download the file using SAVE not RUN and remembering where you saved it to!
If you have the Spanish version installed you should uninstall it in the usual way ; then go to the saved installation file and double click on it to run it.
After it has installed you should run the LiveUpdate function with a reboot of the computer inbetween until it tells you that you are fully uptodate.
As Peter says the KEY you have should activate the installation without changing the language -- if you find that it says you cannot because you have exceeded the number of permitted activations then use his link to contact CHAT support and they can sort this out.
NOTE that when you have a mixed installation like this you can update with the automatic or the manual live update BUT when the next version (2013) comes out later this year you must not use the Support / New Version Check to upgrade or you will be back in Spanish!
If you get a popup telling you that an upgrade has been downloaded and ready to install IGNORE that too. It is a legitimate part of Norton upgrading but it may have downloaded the wrong language. You can avoid this by going into Settings / Updates and disabling the one item Automatic Download of New Version .
When the time comes check in here again and we can give you the similar link for the 2013 version in English.

Did you use the link I gave above for the download? Try this link. Click on the link to Download Free Trial. Install that version and enter your key to activate.
If it still only offers you a Spanish version, try changing the country at the top of the page, to an English speaking country.

dev,
You dowant Norton AntiVirus don't you? I see peter's artwork focusses on NIS so make sure you choose the NAV if that's what you want as indicated earlier.
Try this URL and see if it stays with us in it:

For me that one goes direct to download action with the Windows popup at the bottom asking Run or Save -- I'd chose Save and remember where it goes to! That's with Windows 7 and IE9; with some systems you can get a yellow bar at the top of the webpage warning and when you click on it you get the option to download.
I should have asked you where you are located? Is it a normally Spanish language country?
