If anyone would like to send me a log, I can take a look. This might help narrow down the problem.
After a LiveUpdate finishes with an error or other issue, make a note of the time, then make a copy of the log to a different location (to prevent the contents from being overwritten by later entries). The log should be at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}
Then send me a PM and I can tell you where to upload it.
