I have huge Log.Lue and TempTrimLog.lue files 4GB each. How do I remove these old files as they are causing problems with running a defrag on my computer?

Have you tried using windows explorer? Also, what is your operating system and the version of which Norton product you are running?

Hi,

They are just live update related log files and you can directly delete it from the %program data% folder in which you are seeing these log files. Next time when the live update runs, these files will be recreated but not of huge size this time. Before you can delete those files you will have to turn off the product's tamper protection from Settings->General->Admin Settings. Make sure you turn it ON again after deletion.
