In August I bought a copy of Norton Internet Security 2010 for 3 computers and installed it on one computer. I now want to install it on a laptop I've just bought but I cannot find the disk for installation. What to do???? Can anyone advise me as to how I can use one of my two remaining installments?

Download the latest Norton Internet Security 2011 from www.norton.com/nis11
Install it . If you don't have the product key :
1) You can get it from your other Norton program that is installed on your other computer (on the first computer) . You can get it if you open its MyDocuments folder -> Symantec . Inside this Symantec folder there should be a TXT file with the product key
2) You can get it from www.mynortonaccount.com by using your email and password you used to first register your key
If your other computer still runs Norton 2010 , upgrade it for free by downloading Norton 2011 and install it over Norton 2010

You can use this link to install the same 2010 version. You will need to run liveupdate several times to bring it up to the final version. You are also entitled to upgrade to the newest version, 2011 for free on all of your machines. This version has done successful over-installs, although I would recommend backing up your cards and logins prior to the upgrade. As a precaution, I would recommend signing out of Identity Safe before doing the upgrade as well.
