The setting is on standard trust. I tried the high trust setting which raised the trust percent to 77 but the above mentioned files still aren't trusted, they're just given the green status by digital signature. Changing back to standard trust percentage drops to 18.

Hi fidelity
I think Norton insight is about the processors that are running on your PC,Mine was at 96% before I upgraded to version 16.1,now I'm back to 87%,I just did an insight scan and because I had explorer running it dropped to 85%.Everytime I add an download the Latest was QuickTime, adobe it seems to take awhile before Norton insight greens them or leaves them.It also has these files from these programs as not trusted since I have had Norton Netapi32.dll,Wininet.dll and a few others and this from Adobe jqs.exe.I personally think it takes time for Norton to access most of these files and then OK them.Heres a thought maybe it keeps checking some files as they may be the ones that are changed by viruses therefore always need to be assessed?I am not techie but this is what I have found.

Hi
I have 5 svchst.exe all are Microsoft and Norton trusted with 5 stars,But when you expand them I still find some Dlls as not trusted,I don't use messenger so I can't help you there.20% is pretty bad so I'm hoping someone who has a bit more knowledge may jump in and help.I don't know if this effects anything but I used to do fullsystem scans everyday sometimes twice,I know that was overkill but I am now getting to be more confident with NIS2009 so I only scan every other day.I mention this as maybe it has a bearing on the trust of each file being continually scanned showing it has not changed etc??
It did take awhile for these to be trusted like this,I have had Norton since February this year 2008 and 2009 since about 3 weeks after it came out.
