You will need to download and install the language version you need.

Go to the Norton Update center and choose your language version from the drop-down at the top of the page

Do be aware though that the default language is now tied to your product key. E.g., if you purchased a subscription in the USA then the default language will be English. You can change this manually through the update center but let's say if you downloaded the Spanish version but your product key is US, then the next time around it would still default to English.

I purchased NIS 2011 (CD) in Turkey (Turkish Version)  , and I would like to know how can I change the language to english.

You need to uninstall the Turkish Language Norton product from your machine and then install English version of NIS. The same key which you have bought can be used to activate the English version of the product.

English version of NIS can be downloaded from http://updatecenter.norton.com/. Select the language as English.

To remove NIS 2011 from your computer, please first use the control panel method and reboot your computer. Since you are changing languages, I would also recommend that you use the Norton Removal Tool, but please be aware that it will remove all Norton products. You should run the removal tool 2 times with a reboot between each run of it.

Please pick the proper Norton product that you want to remove. Also please be aware that it will remove all Norton products, so back up Identity Safe using the program to back that up. Also please have your product key handy.
