I have tried "Antivirus IS"  Bleeping PC now also has the Removal Guide  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-antivirus-is

 I had these extra entries appear for the startup.

My Copy of  "AntivirusIS" is detected by Norton (Symantec)  now as Trojan.FakeAV!gen39
