My wife has Norton virus protection on her computer. It is showing Intrusion Prevention at risk. If she tries to fix it she recieves the above message and so the risk is not fixed. We don't know what to do. Helpful suggestions welcomed.

Please reboot, run live update and reboot as directed, then reboot oncce more and let us know what problems remain.

PS: there are more tools available but I like to go with the simple possibilities first ![]()

If Dick's suggestion did not work, you can try AutoFix. You find that by clicking on Support - Get Support from the main User Interface. As the name implies, it will check your installation of NIS, and fix anything it finds.
If that does not work, we will dig deeper.
