My Norton Antivirus is not working.  I tried to follow the instructions on your website, but I received an error message when trying to run a LiveUpdate.  Please help.

can you please tell us some more details what you problem is plus the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 19.2.0.10)
