Recently auto-upgraded from NAV 2010 to 2011 (v18.1.0.37). If I go to a webpage that downloads a PDF, it is incredibly slow. Ideas, suggestions?

2 suspects: Slow connection, large file.
How long does it takes to load: http://www.education.gov.yk.ca/pdf/pdf-test.pdf
It shouldn't take more than a few seconds (or minutes), depending on conection. What PDF reader you have? If you have adobe reader, I recommend you switch to foxit reader, which is lighter AND faster

Can you please tell us about your computer? What operating system and service pack and is it 32 or 64 bit? Were you having any problems with NAV 2010? When you say auto-updated, do you mean you went to the update center to do your upgrade? What firewall are you using since you have NAV 2011 which doesn't contain a fire wall? Thanks.
