Since upgrading to NAV 2012 Friday (05-04-12) I have found connecting to my network after startup. Has dramatically slowed down and Windows 7 hangs until the connection is made. This was not an issue before the upgrade. Using MSCONFIG selective startup I unchecked WD Anywhere Backup (lucky guess) and found the issue was gone. So, it does appear there is a conflict between NAV 2012 and WD Anywhere Backup v. 4.50.6554 at startup. Any thoughts? Other than continue using selective startup and manual start WD Anywhere Backup.
Thanks,

I’ll admit the issue about ran me nuts after each restart, waiting for 3-4 minutes to connect to my network, desktop usability, a live internet connection… Oops I had forgotten about services.msc for Memo Background service, it was nowhere to be found! Solution reinstalled WD Anywhere Backup and for good measure before reinstalling I ran CHKDSK (both boxes checked).
Don’t know for sure why the service was not in the list or when it disappeared. Perhaps after using Norton tool too long ago to remember and I wouldn’t have though to look to see if all services were listed anyway (computer usually on 24/7 and restart occasionally). Did have (4) device failed to connect issue then, that was easy to resolve.

Thanks for the feedback .... I'm glad you got it sorted out.
I did a bit og Googling and your reference to Memo foxed me until on the WD website I saw Powered by Memeo ....
