Literally the moment I posted my last message entitled "NAV Version 20.2.0.19 Crashes Following Resumption From Hibernation/Sleep Mode", my NAV Version 20.2.0.19 encountered an Error Code 8504, 104.
NAV auto-fixed the problem, but I'm beginning to have grave concerns over my decision to upgrade from NAV2011 to NAV Version 20.2.0.19. Just too many crashes and bugs with this new version.

Have you tried to run LiveUpdate (rebooting when requested) until it responds "no updates found"?
Now that you mention it, how did you upgrade? Removed NAV 2011 and then installed NAV V 20 or did you install v 20 over the top of NAV 2011. That is actually a 2 version upgrade and I know that can be cumbersome with NIS or N 360.

I installed v 20 over the top of NAV 2011.

Not sure this will help - but can't hurt
Pleas run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool and let us know thwe results.
