The Program Control Window is the one where you can review and alter the firewall rules for particular executables.
In the prior NIS 2011 version (and in NIS 2009 and 2010), you could maximize this window to the size of the desktop by double clicking on the title bar. This functionality has been lost.
Although not a major problem, the ability to only use a fraction of the total desktop display is an unnecessary inconvenience.
Thank you.

It's odd that the 'Program Control' window for NIS 2011 would unexpectedly change behaviour in this manner with the 18.5.0.125 update.
Below is an image of the current NIS 2011 18.1.0.37 version of the 'Program Control' window that confirms that the 'Maximise' functionality of the window is indeed active in this version (the Maximise button in the top right-hand corner of the window in the image is not greyed out). If you compare the image below with your 18.5 version, has anything else changed ie colours, icons, new features, etc?
For example, the colour of the row highlighting for the 'Internet Explorer' program selected below is Yellow. Can you check the colour of the row highlighting in your 18.5 version? It's not Blue by any chance?

I do not see any other changes in the UI or functionality for that window other than the lack of maximize/minimize. The selected item highlight is yellow, but this, of course, is dependent on PC specific Window's desktop configuration.
