Did you have any previous threads about this issue? Is this issue something that you can reproduce? What steps did you take to make this error occur?

No Tim This has only happened maybe twice in the 4 years I'va had Norton, I'm not sure how to reproduce the issue,I IDid get what seemed to be an error message from Community watch that just said url Reputation (message) right after that. Plus not getting any slide outs after Idle Quick scans are run along with the normal inabilty to download and install Live Updates when it comes to Smart Virus Defs.........Wish I could tell you more....Thanks Gorpy1

Plus Tim I didn't do anything unusual to make this error occur,Plus Event viewer shows Application error ccsvhst. exe version 11.2.0.9. Faulty module symhtml.dll version 65.023 with a fault address. Thanks for your Quick Response........Best...Gorpy1
