Hello everybody,
After I upgraded from NIS 2009 to 2010. Anti Spam lets a lot SPAM trough. I have browsed the forum, but it seems there is not really a fix out there or I can't find or maybe I do not understand it?!?
This is a print screen of my option.
as you can see it's integrated in Outlook Express
Outgoing and incoming Ports 25 and 110
Some of emails are marked "[Norton AntiSpam]", where I have the whole email or email domain inside "Blocked List".
I thought I would star over with this issue.
Any help will be appreciated.

As long as I have Outlook Express open SPAM gets identified, got 7 SPAM email since 9:48 am. Have to check if it still works, after I close Outlook Express for a while and open it again.

Hi marc
The messages wouldn't have received a high enough score to be considered as Spam
This is an effectiveness issue.
Can you please reclassify those Emails as Spam by using "This is Spam" within the Norton toolbar. And add the Email address to Blocked List as well. Doing this will avoid such Spam Emails entering into Inbox in the future
Thanks

I have been doing this for a while now, there has been little improvement. I am still getting way to many SPAM emails into my Inbox, which Norton AntiSpam does not identify as SPAM. I know it is working at some level because once in while it identifies SPAM emails. Version 2009 worked without any problems, but since I installed Version 2010, I have this problem. Norton Support even checked my computer and tells me that everything is working as it supposed to, but I have my doubts. They also told me that I have to add every single SPAM email address manually to my blocked list, I am getting around 20+ each day, that would take way to long to do and AntiSpam is supposed to do that by itself and everybody knows these SPAMMERS are changing their address everyday to bypass this blocked list.
