Hi Guys

I have problem with NIS 2010.I start downloading,everything is fine for few minutes(or second:)),but then internet disconnects.After i restart my network adapter and continue downloading again for while.

Befor NIS2010 I use ESS everything was working normaly.

Does anybody know where is problem please?

Please look in Help / About and tell us what the Version ID is of your NIS 2010 -- it's in the format nn.nn.nn.nnn 

And please tell us what version of Windows you are using inclluding Service Packs and whether 32 bit or 64 bit; also what browser are you using?

That information will all help.

Used NIS 2010 ver 17.5.0.127 and Windows 7 Profesional 64bit,Firefox 3.5.7.For download Internet Download Manager 5.18.Thanks

Try resetting the Firewall:

1. Click Settings in Network pane.

2. Under Smart Firewall, click Advanced Settings.

3. Near Firewall Reset, click Reset.

Let us know the results.

dont help reset firewall
